Most engagements start with a Business Systems Snapshot — a focused assessment of how work flows today. From there, larger workflow, SOP, and automation work is scoped in phases so you always know what's next and why.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to the organization. Snapshots are fixed-scope. Larger workflow, SOP, and automation engagements are quoted after the assessment so the price reflects the real work involved. You'll know the number before we start.

Do you replace our team or work with them?

Accepted Answer

We work with your team. The goal is that your people can operate the system without us in the room. We train, document, and hand off — then stay available for tune-ups through the Ongoing Support engagement.

What technology do you work in?

Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and practical AI where it fits. Individual technologies are capabilities inside the engagement — not separate products. We recommend the simplest tool that solves the problem.

What if we already have tools — Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Jobber?

Good. We wire what you already use into a tighter flow rather than making you adopt yet another platform. We add a tool only when the existing stack genuinely can't do the job.

Is AI safe with our data?

Accepted Answer

Every AI workflow includes safe defaults and a human checkpoint — AI drafts, a person reviews and approves. We use providers with no-training-on-your-data terms and never wire AI into anything that ships money or sends customer communication without a person approving.

What is a Business Systems Snapshot?

Accepted Answer

A focused introductory engagement priced at $750 that covers one primary workflow or business function. It includes a 60–90 minute discovery meeting, a current-state workflow summary, identification of bottlenecks, duplication, risk and unclear ownership, prioritized recommendations, recommended implementation phases, a written executive summary, and a 30-minute findings presentation. Broader reviews across multiple departments, workflows, locations, or systems require a custom proposal.

What is a Free Fit Call?

A 20-minute introductory conversation used to confirm the operational challenge and determine mutual fit. It does not include written analysis or detailed recommendations — it's simply the fastest way to see whether we're the right partner before scoping any work.

Yes. Ongoing Operational Improvement Support provides monthly advisory or implementation hours with clearly defined scope and response expectations — for continuous improvement without another full-time hire.
