Connect an AI assistant to your workspace.
Link ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant to Palmer Venture so it can look up your leads, clients, projects, and open follow-ups — and set new follow-up reminders — on your behalf. You sign in first, and the assistant only ever sees what you can see.

…Copy this address — every assistant below asks for it. You'll be asked to sign in and approve access the first time you connect.
Connect your assistant
Pick the assistant you use and follow the steps.
- Open ChatGPT Settings → Apps → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there. If the option isn't available, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
- Click the “Create app” button next to the back button.
- Name it PVLLC Project Planner Pro and paste the server address from above.
- Click “Create” and complete the sign-in prompt.
- Enable the app from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it — for example, “show me my open follow-ups.”
Refresh after we update the app
Assistants remember what the workspace could do when you first connected. After we ship an update, refresh the connection so your assistant picks up the latest capabilities.
- Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick this app under “Enabled apps”.
- Next to “Information”, click “Refresh”.
- If the address changed, paste the latest one from above.
- Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use the app.
